It doesn’t cost anything to meet me

First things first, we’ll have several conversations to get to know you and your project. We’ll learn about your lifestyle, future plans, and project goals, as well as about your building site. Once we understand the scope of your project, we’ll discuss an approximate schedule and budget. If you decide to hire us, you’ll sign our Client Confirmation Agreement and make your initial deposit.

2Preliminary Design Phase

Before we put pen to paper to design, we’ll ask you to send us your lot survey and plot plan. After we’ve collected all the essential information from you, we’ll draft the preliminary design plans for your home. We are typically able to capture around 80-90% of what our clients envision, though this varies project to project. We meet to review and discuss options and changes. 

3Design Presentation

From there, we will review our preliminary design plans with you, listening to your feedback and discussing any revisions we may need to make. This usually takes just one meeting, but sometimes several. Once we land on a finalized version of the preliminary design and all parties are in agreement, we’ll ask for your approval and second deposit to move forward.

5Construction Drawings

Our team is very careful to create plans that not only look good on paper but also translate seamlessly to the builder and any subcontractors. Once finalized, the plans are ready for estimating and obtaining building permits.

6Experience
design excellence

Last but not least, we will provide you with the necessary prints for permits and the construction of your beautiful and thoughtfully designed home. We service our plans should any clarifications or questions arise.
