It took longer than expected, but when it came to something as big as a new house build, it was well worth it.

Detailed drawings, clear dimensions, foundation specs, and you can tell they checked the specific county requirements to make sure when you submitted the drawing for permit approval, it passed the first time.

Rod had good suggestions to maximize my floorplan by adding more closets and helping create a more open floorplan. He's a smart fella
